Reset your password

Forgot your password? No problem — you can set a new one yourself.

Steps

1. On the sign-in page, tap Forgot password?
2. Enter the email address you use for Smart School.
3. Check your inbox — you'll get an email called Reset your password within a few minutes.
4. Tap the link in the email.
5. Type your new password and confirm it.
6. Sign in with the new password.

Tips

• No email arrived? Check your spam or junk folder first. Also make sure you entered the same email your account was created with.
• Link expired? Reset links only work for a limited time. Just start again from step 1 — you'll get a fresh link.
• Still stuck? Your school office can help check which email your account uses, or reach out to us from the Contact page.
